  • The MXR (“mixer”) microfluidic chip line improves the limit of detection in microarrays by 10x, and nucleic acid amplification by up to 100x. MXR rapidly and consistently rehydrates reagents to maximize reaction yield and minimize run-to-run variation. Assays with thermal variation such as PCR can use MXR to ensure consistent heating throughout the sample.
  • The STR (“sorter”) microfluidic chip line improves sensitivity by boosting analyte concentration and eliminating background interference. For assays based on complex biofluids such as blood and tissues, STR binds to your target of interest while the rest of the sample is washed away. For analyte’s low in concentration, a common challenge in infectious disease, oncology, and environmental testing, STR accumulates the target of interest in a small chamber, concentrating it by 100x or more.
